3. Use highlights to create a mini version of your website.Highlights can completely replace the function of your website for some customers. Use albums to structure key information about your company.
Dynamic content and frequent updates can help increase clients’ confidence in your business. Highlights are also a great tool for directly driving sales.
Let's take an example.You have a restaurant in Phuket, Thailand. You have already taken steps 1 and 2, so now potential clients can easily find your profile and understand what it is (e.g., a French restaurant founded in 1995 with a happy hour promotion M-F 16:00 – 20:00).
That’s a good start, but a potential client might need more information before deciding to visit the restaurant. For example,
- what are the terms of the "Happy Hour" promotion;
- what’s on the menu and at what prices;
- what other promotions is the restaurant offering now?
With highlights, the potential client can access that information with minimal effort. Circles at the top of your profile, each properly labeled, will provide the potential client with the desired information with a simple thumb tap.
